Cancellations & Refunds
Appointment rescheduling & cancellations
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Providing us with 48 hours notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
If you are unable to provide this notice, we reserve the right to charge you a Cancellation Fee. No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to an emergency or if you are unwell with a transmissible infectious illness. Thank you for understanding.
Late arrivals
Please call us as soon as you are aware that you will arrive late for your appointment time slot. There is no fee for being late, however the overall time of your session will be less and we reserve the right to charge full price for the appointment.
Refunds
There are no refunds offered for appointments that you attend, as the session has already taken place. Once you give the go-ahead to your herbal clinician to blend your custom herbs, we cannot refund their cost as they are tailored to you and cannot be resold.
Merchandise that is for sale in our storefront - such as herbal books, tea accessories, health supplements or other gift items - can be returned for a full refund if the item is unopened and in perfect condition.
